Residential Cleaning Services

My Handy Mom offers a variety of residential cleaning services. Every home cleaning situation is different. We can provide you with an upfront quote for your specific cleaning needs. Our charges are billed by the hour. An estimate can be provided based on the frequency of cleaning and what rooms you would like cleaned.

Some customers prefer a top-to-bottom cleaning once a month while others prefer a good basic cleaning every few weeks. Most of our customers are set up on a weekly cleaning schedule. We can clean only the rooms you specify such baths and kitchen only or we can clean the entire house, It's up to you.

Our rates include routine cleaning supplies. If you would like to know exactly which products we use, just ask. You can also request specific products to be used at your home if you like.

We use vacuums with HEPA filters, micro fiber cleaning cloths and nonabrasive cleaning products. Our goal is to eliminate environmental risks to your health as much as we possibly can. The cleaning products we use will never damage any of the surfaces in your home.

We strive to be the best cleaning service in the area and are happy to work with our customers on any special requests. We guarantee our work and stand behind our promises.   Cleaning Options & Packages

 General Residential Cleaning & Maintenance - customized to your needs. Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly.
 Specific Tasks - Extra Cleaning Task such as scrubbing down a room top to bottom or cleaning out the refrigerator.
 Seasonal Cleaning and Care of vacation homes and lake cottages. Laundry services available for bedding, lines and towels. Your summer home will be clean and ready for your arrival.
 Complete Spring Cleaning in the home. Walls, windows, deep cleaning.
 Clean out and organize closets, pantries, storage areas.
 Cleaning your Garage or Basement.
 Routine scheduled cleaning times and frequencies are flexible. You can schedule on an as needed basis with no contracts.

  Payment Options, Rates & Security

 Payment IS NOT required at the time of service. We will leave an invoice for you with prior approval. Terms are generally Net 10, however monthly billing can be arranged.
 Checks are our preferred form of payment. We discourage cash payments.
 Billing is based on an hourly rate and will be discussed with you during an estimate appointment.
 We are flexible in scheduling and cancellations are manageable. We will be happy to reschedule your cleaning appointments if you plans change.
 Your house keys and access codes will be safe with My Handy Mom. If you are not at home during your cleaning time we will leave your home locked and secure as we found it.
 My Handy Mom is fully insured and all employees are bonded. A background check is done on all employees before they are hired.
